摘要：PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion during temperature change and improve

shock resistance and thermal shock resistance by making the substrate have desired

surface property, using glass, where ceramic particles are dispersed, for an insulating

layer. CONSTITUTION:First, metallic alkoxide solution is applied on the surface of the

metallic base material layer 2 consisting of Ni-Fe-Co heat-resistant alloy, and this

substrate 1 is dried at, for example, approximately a room temperature to 200 deg.C, and

then it is heated in atmosphere at a temperature of, for example, 20 deg.C, and is kept

for one hundred minutes at 600 deg.C, and then it is cooled at a speed of 20 deg.C per

minute, whereby a metallic oxide layer 3 is constituted. Next, at the surface of this

metallic oxide layer 3 is applied paste, wherein Al2O3 particles and lead borosilicate

crystallized glass powder are dispersed uniformly in vehicle consisting of an organic

solvent at the ratio of 1:1, by performing screen printed three times, and it is heat at a

speed of, for example, 35 deg.C per minute in atmosphere and is kept for ten minutes at

910 deg.C, and then it is cooled, thus an insulating layer 4 is baked. Hereby, desired

surface property can be gotten by the glass where ceramic powder is dispersed in the

insulating layer.
