医生工程师应该在接受培训的地方雅思作文
一、雅思论文题目
Some people believe that professionals,such as doctors and
engineers,should be required to work in the country where they
did their believe they should be free to work
in another country if they s both these views and
give your own opinion.
二、作文大意
一些人认为专业人士比如医生和工程师应该在接受培训的国家工作，其他人认为他们有自由选择工作国家的权利，讨论双方观点并给出自己的观点。
三、思路解析
这是一道双边类大作文，讨论的是专业人士应该在哪工作的问题。双边类的题目，需要对每个观点分别表达同意或反对，最终的结论就是我的立场，可以是中立（双方都同意或都反对），也可以是单边支持某一方立场。审题时要注意两个限定对象一是“doctors and

二是一些专业人士的培养可能会考虑当地的实际需求，比如医生会学习如何诊断和治疗当地的高发疾病，而他们学成后投入工作能为当地更有针对性地解决一些问题。
三是在培养过程中可能会涉及一些核心技术，一旦相关人才毕业后选择去其他国家工作，会导致核心技术泄密，威胁到培养国的安全。
其次我们来看“自由选择工作地点”的合理性，有两方面。
一是很多学生接受相关专业培训的时候，是支付了相应的费用，因此其并没有义务需要在学成之后额外花费时间和精力来回报当地。（可以用来反驳前面第一点）。
二是有些地方虽然培养了医生或工程师，但是当地并没有办法提供合理的就业环境和待遇。因此，有能力的专业人士为了自身发展选择了一个更能体现价值以及获得高收入的国家去工作无可厚非。
四、高分作文示例
Certain groups today argue that skilled professionals
should be obliged to work in the same location where they
received their initial training,while others feel they are owed
the right to work e the benefits of working in
the training country,I believe there should also be a right to
self-selection.
There are several reasons why professionals like doctors
or engineers should continue their careers in training
y,the government has allocated abundant
resources to developing skilled and experienced personnel,so
that they are expected to pay such an investment these
professionals relocate with expertise and cutting-edge
knowledge,the training country might face the risk of
experiencing a stagnation of technology,social change,or even
an economic downturn in the long ,since the
development of professionals tends to be guided by a nation’s current needs and circumstances,making them remain in
training nations could facilitate local be
specific,for the training countries where an outbreak
occurs,doctors could efficiently propose targeted treatment
strategies,and for those nations facing severe
pollution,engineers could utilize the acquired knowledge and
come up with practical solutions to reverse the trend.
However,having the freedom to choose one’s place of
employment is also the one hand,some people pay
for their own training courses,so they do not have a duty to
contribute to the training the other hand,compared
with limiting one’s career prospects within one nation,working
abroad tends to offer individuals additional occupational
example,medical professionals can obtain
and study first-hand information on diseases that are specific
to a particular addition,more research results can
be obtained if another country can support professionals with
advanced facilities.
Taking all the above into consideration,though working in
training countries can bring certain benefits to the training
country,professionals should be granted the freedom to choose
to work anywhere.
