摘要:采用水热法和退火相结合的方法制备了β-BaB2O4纳米束,并采用X射线衍射、热重分析、扫描和透射电镜对纳米束进行表征,结果表明,单晶纳米线的直径约为30nm,长约为450nm。对影响产物形貌的因素进行的系列研究表明,退火温度和反应时间对产物形貌的影响极大。产物的室温荧光光谱是从310nm到450nm的宽带发光,峰值位于370nm。这种新型纳米束结构在光学方面具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: β-BaB2O4 nanowire bundles were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method and subsequent post-annealing.

The nanowire bundles synthesized were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission

electron microscopy, respectively. The nanowires are of single crystalline with the diameter of about 30

nm and the length of

show that the heating temperature and the reaction time have major effects on the morphology evolution of the nanowire

bundles. The photoluminescence spectra of the sample show a broad emission band in a wide wavelength range of

310-450

nm. The peak centered at 370

nm in the near UV region appears due to the direct transitions involving the valence

band and conduction band in the band gap region. The nanowire bundles have a promising application in optics.
