前 言

为加快建设坚强智能电网,提高智能变电站建设效率和效益,按照“统一规划、统一标准、

统一建设”的原则,特制定《智能变电站继电保护技术规范》,以规范智能变电站继电保护

应用。

本标准编写格式和规则遵照GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编

写》的要求。

本标准针对智能变电站的特点,重点规范了继电保护配置原则、技术要求、信息交互原则以

及电子式互感器、合并单元等相关设备配置原则及技术要求。

本标准附录A为规范性附录,附录B、C、D为资料性附录。

本标准由国家电力调度通信中心提出并负责解释。

本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。

本标准主要起草单位:国家电力调度通信中心、浙江电力调度通信中心、天津电力调度通信

中心、华北电力调度通信中心、华中电力调度通信中心、华东电力调度通信中心、江苏电力
