本标准自2006-05-01起生效。

前言

本系列标准论及了渐开线花键和渐开线花键的相互作用,花键的模数范围从0.5到10、齿数范围从6到82以及压力角为30°。DIN 5480系列标准只适用于带有30°压力角的花键,因为37,5° 和45°压力角的花键为ISO

4156所涉及。

依照ISO 4156的渐开线花键是以模数系列为基础的。他们是不能和依照DIN 5480系列标准描述的渐开线花键所互换的。

DIN 5480系列标准是以基准直径为基础的,而与模数无关。这使得他有可能适合与满足标准化的滚珠和滚柱轴承的直径,以及减少用于制造的需要的不同机床的数量。本系列标准是依据技术委员会2.1 Passverzahnugen

(NAM “渐开线花键”)而修订的。本修订版考虑了必要性,他依据了DIN 820-4而回顾DIN 5480系列标准所显示的结构上和编辑上的不足。本修订版的目的是将实用的、有利的以及合理的形式有机地融合到本标准的专用部分中去。

现在,整个系列标准仅仅由四个部分组成,而替代了先前的十六个部分。

DIN 5480-1新版本涉及的基本法则,和先前的版本相一致,但是现在的版本也包括了联结尺寸和公差,他包含了原先DIN 5480-14:1986-03的版本。包含在第1部分的公差与偏差的计算公式也适用于本系列标准的其他部分。现在的DIN 5480-2包括了上面提到的公称尺寸和检验尺寸。这部分合并了原先包含在DIN 5480-2~

DIN 5480-15提到了花键联结配合的质量检验。

DIN 5480-16详细规定了用于渐开线花键制造加工刀具的设计特点。

a) 标准的标题修改为“基于基准直径的渐开线花键”;

b) 全齿根圆半径已经包括外花键(花键轴)中;

c) 冷轧工艺已经列入外花键(花键轴)的制造加工工艺之中;

d) 有一个例外,测量圆直径是从DIN 3977中采用,并且

1 范围

本标准适用于基于基准直径的渐开线花键联结的可拆卸的花键箍(内花键)和花键轴(外花键),他们可以是滑动联结或者是固定联结。他们具有以下的基本原则:

a) 标准的和同一的30°压力角;

b) 其所有节距的基本齿廓都是一样的,也就是说,所有齿廓都具有同一构成法则;

c) 齿侧对中;除此之外,直径对中也是允许的;

d) 为了获得特定的基准直径,采用了齿形变位的方法;

e) 作用齿形偏差的配合系统包括公差,意味着考虑到了配合间隙这种偏差的作用,并且不同偏差系列和公差等级获得了应得的所有需要的补偿。

本标准规定的渐开线花键联结用于可拆卸的内花键和外花键连接,他们可以是滑动联结或者是固定联结。他们具有部件对中所必需的所有特征并能传递扭矩,因此也符合制造加工时的经济性要求。

内花键和外花键的理论齿根圆的齿根高为hfP =

0.55·m。齿根根据制造加工使用的方法,会有不同的数值(见DIN 5480-1表3)。齿根圆直径应根据齿根高来决定。

2 引用标准

本标准引用了注有日期的或不注日期的其他版本的条文。若注有日期的,只有该版本才能适用于本标准。若不注日期的,则本标准应采用该引用标准的最新版本(包括所有的修改)。

译者的话

DIN 5480-2:2006-05《基于基准直径的渐开线花键 第2部分 公称尺寸和检验尺寸》是按照英译版翻译的。标准封面上的两行出版说明的外文没有进行翻译,他的意思是:“本标准由Hirsinger、Gorte和Partner在柏林翻译的”;“本译文版没有经过柏林的德国标准化委员会审查”。

在DIN 5480标准的中译版中:

1. 由于在德文版、英译版中,逗号是作为十进位数字的小数点使用的,特别是DIN 5480:1991版本的封面上更有明确的说明;为了保持标准风格的一致,本中译版也把“逗号作为十进位数字的小数点使用”。

2. 为了使用方面,本标准的术语和名词努力和中国国家的相关标准中的术语和名词保持一致,例如:“root form

circle diameter”没有译为“齿廓齿根圆直径”,而是译为“渐开线终止圆直径”(见GB/T 3478.1-1995),等等。

但“reference diameter”在中国国家标准GB/T 3374-1992等标准中译为“分度圆直径”,根据DIN 5480,我们译为“基准直径”,因为他是DIN 5480标准中最重要的参数,有着特殊的意义;在DIN 5480标准中的“分度圆直径”英文应为“reference circle diameter”。

3. 在DIN 5480-2:2006-05标准中,关于“effective”的翻译,在GB/T 3374-1992标准中译为“工作”,而在GB/T 3478.1-1995标准中译为“作用”。本中译版采用了“作用”一词;

4. 在DIN 5480-2:2006-05标准的英译版标准中,有几处明显的错误,本中译版在对照德文版后,将其改正过来了:

A. 图3中,标识文字的左面,“Dimension M2 over 2 measuring circles”应为“Dimension M2 between

2 measuring circles”;

B. 表4中,内花键直径(Hub diameter)的齿顶圆直径(Tip circle diameter)da2一栏里,从“10,~46,”应为“10,8 ~ 46,8”;

C. 表4中,外花键直径(Shaft diameter)的齿根圆直径(Root circle diameter)df一栏里,从“10,6~46,6”应为“10,68 ~ 46,68”;

,而不是“工具”,是根据标准内容的实际情况翻译5. 在DIN 5480标准中,我们将“tool”一词译为“刀具”的。
