摘要：A selenium drum (100) capable of continuously supplying powder, comprising a

photosensitive drum (107), a cleaning scraper (109), a carbon powder bin (101) and a

waste powder bin (103), and further comprising a carbon powder storage bin (102) and a

waste powder storage bin (104); a first isolating mechanism (105) is arranged between

the carbon powder storage bin (102) and the carbon powder bin (101), and a second

isolating mechanism (106) is arranged between the waste powder storage bin (104) and

the waste powder bin (103). Also provided is an image forming device having the selenium

drum (100) capable of continuously supplying powder. The selenium drum (100) capable

of continuously supplying powder and the image forming device having the same enable

a user to drive a cleaning of the waste powder bin via gravity or hands when filling with

carbon powder.
