Emergency Response Plan for Group Incidents

Purpose:

To promptly control the n。clarify the responsibilities of each

department。coordinate and handle the group incidents。avoid

Scope:

This plan applies to internal employee group incidents。as

well as external incidents involving n units。suppliers。etc.

Establishment of Emergency Leadership Group for Group

Incidents:

Leader: Kangjun Yue。General Manager

Deputy Leaders: Hongzhuan Zhou。Yingfei Shen。

Weizhong Meng

Members: n members。department heads。security

supervisors/captains

Responsibilities of Emergency Leadership Group:

Upon learning about the occurrence or potential occurrence of

a group incident。the group shall quickly command all members

to carry out their respective duties。take effective measures to

prevent the n from escalating。and strive to resolve it quickly。

The group shall ensure that the company's n。n。and work order

can run effectively。and minimize the impact.

: Responsible for the overall leadership and

command of the company's group incident handling。and

reporting to the group.

Leaders: Assist the overall commander in leading

and commanding the incident handling。organize relevant

departments and personnel to quickly carry out their respective

duties。coordinate the overall n at the incident site。and handle

follow-up matters.
