常见的格式错误
各位作者：
出版社对论文格式有着严格的规定，如果不满足格式要求，将会影响您论文的正常出版。
为了便于每位作者进行正确的格式排版，我们整理了投稿作者的一些常见格式错误（红色字体部分均为错误），并请作者认真阅读、对照蓝色字体（蓝色字体为修改后正确版本），供大家修改参考。
请各位作者在论文格式编排时，认真参考本会议网站提供的3个文件：paper_sample， icedo2010_format，common_format_errors。
其实，为了确保您的论文完全符合出版社的格式要求，我们建议您采用Word软件的无格式粘贴方法，将您论文的文字内容无格式粘贴到大会所提供的icedo2010_文件中。无格式粘贴的具体方法是，首先copy您想要粘贴的内容，然后在icedo2010_文件的相应位置，选择
编辑(E) --- 选择性粘贴(S)…
--- 选用对话框中的“无格式文本”，再点击“确定”，就可以了。
采用这一方法，您实际上是把您的文章的内容替换到icedo2010_文件中，这个icedo2010_也就变成了您论文的文件了。
格式错误1 --- 页面设置
（WORD “文件”---“页面设置”） （需要严格遵循下面的页面设置）
1）A4纸，页边距：上2.5cm，下1.5cm，左2cm，右2cm，装订线0cm。
2）版式：页眉1.25cm，页脚0.5cm。
3）文档格式：请在“网格”里选用“无网格”项。
格式错误2 --- 作者及单位的表示有误

格式错误3 --- 关键词的表示有误

（Key与words之间无空格，每一个关键词首字母大写，关键词之间为逗号或, 仅仅“Keywords:”为黑体，后面的关键词不是黑体，本段用Arial字体）
正确写法：
Keywords: Diamond, Size, Grain, Grinding wheel
格式错误4 --- 段落的缩进表示错误
Introduction

格式错误5 --- 图、表的错误
Figure 1 shows material removal rate curve under five conditions. Fig.1 shows material removal

（段落中的图序用“Fig. 1, Fig. 2„”表示，正确写法：Fig. 1 shows material
removal rate….）

（注意，标题名词的首字母和实词大写，

格式错误7 --- 参考文献的错误
[1] M.Y. Zhang, T.S. Tian. High technology ceramics (China machine press, China 2008).
（书籍类: 作者:
书名-斜体 (出版社, 国家 年).），书名的所有实词首字母大写, 出版社首字母大写。）
正确写法：
[2] M.Y. Zhang and T.S. Tian: High Technology Ceramics (China Machine Press, China 2008).
